Please only complete the following invoice request form if you are unable to pay by credit card, and requesting and invoice to pay by Check or ACH. Within 3-5 business days, an invoice will be sent directly to the accounts payable contact provided on the form. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a “Discount Code” that will allow you to register for the conference through the regular registration form on https://development.ed-fi.org/event/summit-2021/.
